We had to ship our two dogs from Alaska to Budapest Hungary. I was so relieved to find this company! They were amazing in handling everything. From picking our dogs up to handing over to me in Budapest. They were fantastic in communicating with us throughout the whole trip. I was always able to see pictures of my dogs in the airports and they told me where they were. Through some unfortunate events I was one hour late at the airport to pick my dogs up but they were very professional and friendly about my delay. I knew that my dogs were in safe hands and that is what is most important about a long trip like the one they had. I am glad to have found them!

Phenomenal experience shipping with Miguel on Woof Airlines! At a time when we had multiple medical issues within the family, one of which involved relocating a mobility-challenged, newly retired family member halfway across the world with his giant (110 lbs.) golden retriever, Mikey. Miguel moved hell and high water and personally escorted Mikey across the Pacific smoothly, happily, and without incident, delivering him safely into the arms of his delighted owner. Thanks for ten star service!

I had never had to transport a pet overseas before, I was not sure what I had to do. I asked questions and Nigel immediately emailed me back and answered questions before I accepted his bid. His promptness to my queries and reading his reviews was the reason I chose Woof Airlines. I am so happy I did. The professionalism, compassion, and knowledge far surpassed my expectations. Having moved overseas with pets multiple times, I cannot recommend Woof Airlines strongly enough. This was our dog Colby’s 5th international flight, and came with all the complications of moving a 12-year old canine across the ocean on short notice. Nigel and Miguel handled everything professionally – from preparing the documentation, to pick up and care enroute, to the challenges of UK/EU customs – all executed flawlessly. If it means anything, with flight delays and a mix-up at the border (completely outside their control), Miguel flew/drove for 36 hours straight to get Colby home to us! Highly recommend for US military families PCSing overseas – like I said, 5th time doing this and BY FAR the best experience to date!
